This area resides near the Celebration area, placing it close to Walt Disney World Resort. Originally developed by Bobby Ginn and the Ginn Family, owner and developer of several resort communities throughout the world, Reunion has grown into a large community over time. The Ginn Family also owned the NASCAR Team called Ginn Racing, which merged with Dale Earnhardt or DEI for short. It has been planned for six thousand, two hundred and thirty-three residential dwelling units, one thousand, five hundred and seventy-four hotel rooms, one hundred and forty thousand square feet of office space and four hundred and eight-four thousand square feet of retail space.
