The live oak groves and marsh thickets of Celebration’s future Island Village are a beehive of activity as we begin to witness the final phase of residential developments in Celebration.
The Preliminary site development by Mattamy Homes has been well underway in Island Village at Celebration, the next phase of new homes in our renowned community next to Kissimmee, Florida. “Land development is moving along swiftly with construction of the boulevard entrance and bridge underway. Development of the first residential areas in Island Village will be starting very soon,” said David Baselice, Division President Orlando Division. “At Mattamy we are all excited about the opportunity to be part of building the future while honoring the existing vision.”
Phase 1 of Island Village will see 279 single family homesites being built. These include a mix of Townhomes, 40ft lots, 55ft lots, 70ft lots and motor-court homes. Island Village at Celebration is will be the flagship community for Mattamy Homes.
